How should I proceed if I want to confirm a reservation?
There are various ways - If you book a refundable one you will be asked for your card number as guarantee, then you will pay at the hotel. If you choose bank transfer for a booking with a deposit, you will have 2 days to send us the payment receipt.

If you book a non-refundable one you can pay immediately by bank transfer or we will send you the link for payment by credit card and you will be directed to an encrypted and secure server where you will pay through strong authentication, i.e. the credit card company will ask you for authorization via text message. or pin in maximum security. As soon as we receive the payment, we will send you a communication by email or by post. If you book our non-refundable rate, you will be asked to pay the full amount in the manner mentioned above.

From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time should it be vacated on the day of departure?
Check-in from 2pm to 10pm. Late check-in available on request, please let us know! On the day of departure (check-out) the room must be vacated by 10:45 am. It is possible to leave your luggage if you arrive before the room is ready or if you want to enjoy the last day in Viareggio.

Is the tourist tax paid in Viareggio?
Yes: Tourist tax of € 1.00 per day per person from 1st September to 31st May and € 2.00 per day per person from 1st June to 30th September

How can I do to have an early check in or late check out?

The times should be agreed with the reception, they are granted based on the availability of the rooms.

All rooms are equipped with an electronic safe protected by a numerical code.

The Hotel has a wi-fi connection throughout the hotel inside the rooms and in the common areas.

In front of the hotel, in the side streets, and on the seafront, there are paid parking lots with blue stripes.


The Hotel has a reduced-price ticket to park in the adjacent car parks.


As soon as you arrive, tell us your license plate and model of the car and we will issue you this ticket for the days you want.

There is no need to display anything on the car.


If you want to speed up, let us know immediately the license plate, car model, how many days you need and arrival time so we will issue it to you and upon your arrival you can park immediately as soon as you find a place in the blue stripes of via buonarroti, the avenue a sea and the side streets via Gioia, Via Giotto, Via Mentana.


I cannot guarantee that you will arrive and find parking 5 meters from the hotel, but with a minimum of patience you can find a comfortable place.

The nearest train station is the main station of Viareggio which is about 15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by taxi.

Which is the nearest airport?
The closest airport is in Pisa and is called Galileo Galilei. It takes about 25 minutes by taxi to reach our hotel.
